Consultation Policy
In the interest of security and preservation of attorney-client confidentiality, case analysis will be communicated to the client only. Consultation is the first step enabling the attorney to gain critical information and details regarding a client's case. For the reasonable fee of $200, (cash, money order, or wire transfer only), a consultation with Aggie R. Hoffman may be scheduled. Consultation may be in person or via telephone.
The following documents are useful in assessing a client's case. If possible, please bring the following documents with you, or submit via mail or fax prior to consultation.
- Copy of all passport pages;
- Copy of form I-94 (white arrival/departure card), front and back;
- Copy of all U.S. visas (expired and current);
- List of prior entries to the U.S. and type of visas used:
- Duration of each entry:
- Copy of all applications filed with the Citizenship and Immigration Service (CIS, formerly the INS), U.S. consulate abroad, and U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
- All communications received from the CIS, U.S. consulate, and DOL.
Include a cover page with the following information:
- Your full name;
- Address (including postal code);
- Telephone number;
- e-mail address (if any);
- Your resume/cv;
- Any additional information you wish to submit.
