Aggie Hoffman prepared and filed my EB-1 extraordinary ability application. The EB-1 petition was approved within 3 weeks of filing. Overall, it took less than 11 months from the first time I talked to the attorney to receiving the green card in the mail. Alex T.  (Sept. 2010).

Aggie is a great lawyer, she won our case after we had a terrible Immigration lawyer who didn't do his job right, but Aggie fought hard for our case and against all odds won. She will work with you, and becomes invested in your case, she is able to make it stronger and better, and when it is time to go to court, you should feel confident because she does all that she can so that you will have a fair trial and wont be intimidated by the process. I totally recommend this lawyer to anyone.
Arthur A., (Sept. 2010)

Ms. Hoffman has helped my sister to stay in this country after we lost every hope. She has handled her case in a very honest and professional way. My sister suffered from emotional difficulties, but Ms. Hoffman with her kindness was able to engage with her in a productive manner. I would recommend her as a well-qualified attorney to any individuals seeking to change their status in the United States.
Wafa Sultan (July 2010).

Mrs. Hoffman has helped our family of four to get immigration visas exactly within the time limit she has promised. Through out the processes she was constantly in touch with us and aware of the situation. When we faced unexpected hassles and problems, she was quick, sharp, confident and strong. She didn't let us lose hopes and encouraged us throughout the process.  She is professional and a very kind and caring lawyer.

Thank you for all your support, expertise and guidance in helping me to achieve this milestone in my life. You were there for me when times were hopeless and unsure; your confidence was my guiding light.

I was in US for more than 15 years and Ms. Hoffman took my case prior to final court hearing. She prepared my case in 2 months, all paperwork and witnessed were assembled very quickly and precisely. Judge review my case and granted adjustment of my status WITHOUT actual hearing. The quality of documentation prepared by Ms. Hoffman was superb, she did not miss a single detail in my complicated case! I was absolutely blown away by her knowledge and attention to details. She is the best I've ever seen in my long Immigration struggle.

Ms. Hoffman helped me with a rather complicated immigration issue that went on for a few years longer than we expected. Since I had moved over to New York during the time, my case was transferred Overstate, and she actually FLEW OUT to New York City (from Los Angeles) with me to attend interview and we won. The immigration officer said that it was a rare thing to see.

It's really difficult to find a good immigration lawyer (I had a bad experience before) and what I can tell you is, Ms. Hoffman will not promise you the world, what she will do is fully understand your situation, explain to you the reality and possible outcomes, and work with you step-by-step to prepare your case. She is very knowledgeable and keeps herself updated with the current law. Even until today that my case is closed, I continue to receive updates on immigration issues that she sends out to all her clients.

She's also tough and sharp in case you need to go to court.

Thank you very much for all the great service and work with my case! I had fears of the outcome of my I-751 because I divorced less than 2 years after my marriage, but the case was approved even without an interview.
Andersin (Finland) 12/08

Although I am sure you have had many more complicated cases, but if I had not come to speak to you, and following your instructions step by step and collecting all the evidence, I really think I had a weak case and slim chances. Many thanks Aggie!
Angela (Beijing) 11/08

Hello again Aggie,
I just wanted to say Thank you! Just that. I'm still in disbelief, open mouthed and so happy I can't stop grinning... Jim is already trying to book a cruise outside the country for when I get my green card in the mail... maybe it's a good thing they didn't stamp my passport, otherwise I'd probably be walking to Peru right now! I just wanted to say thanks again and rest assured if I ever know of someone who needs a super lawyer, to help with a super complicated case, I'll give them your number.
You are wonderful!
Lily (11/07)

Success in a desperate situation: I was faced with deportation to Mexico as the result of my previous attorney's oversights and lack of preparation. Aggie Hoffman was able to convince the Immigration Judge to reopen my case and consider important evidence that was left out at my previous hearing. That new evidence enabled me to file for asylum even 1 year after my entry into the US. The case was so well prepared that the government attorney did not object to my asylum request. I am convinced that Aggie Hoffman's experience and dedication enabled me to remain in the U.S. I am truly grateful to Aggie Hoffman. I strongly recommend her to anyone needing immigration services.
A. Garcia. January 07.

Aggie Hoffman won my 9th Circuit appeal after my case was lost.  I had very bad experience with my two prior lawyers.  The first lost my political asylum case in immigration court and the second lost it before the Board of Immigration Appeals.  Ms. Hoffman is a specialist of the highest category.  She listened to my case history, and helped me to tell my story.  She and her staff spent many hours with me, making  sure that I understood everything. After my victory,  I feel like I came from darkness into light and I have a future and hope.

S. Yeghiazaryan, Dec. 2005

My wife entered the US with a K-1 (fiancée) visa . She did not marry the original sponsor for legitimate reasons and concerns.  I cannot say enough good words for the most professional way you and your office has been able to turn this nightmare into a happy ending.  My wife was misled by two  prior lawyers who said they were immigration experts.  They told  her that she could adjust her status in the U.S. by marrying me. We did not discover the errors  regarding  the limitations of the K-1 visa until the immigration officer gave us the bad news at  the green card interview.  As a result of the bad legal advice, my wife overstayed her visa and was facing a ten year bar to legal status.  Aggie Hoffman not only processed my wife’s green card through Moscow, but was successful in obtaining a waiver of inadmissibility. It was a long and complex matter to over come the initial errors through bad legal advise (as confirmed by the State Bar) but the Law offices of Aggie Hoffman knew what to do and how to handle this matter in a most professional manner and with successful results. We are most grateful to be whole again, to be completely legal,  and have this behind us. I recommend this Law Office highly.

I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude….  Your tenacity has helped in no small way to move the process along, resulting in successful applications for my EAD, L-1, and finally the EB-1.  Your professional services were invaluable…. You gave me … accurate advice and you went around the hurdles with well thought out strategies. I have met many attorneys in the past and I would count you as one that can be trusted to do a good job.

J. Chang (Singapore) 12/04

Through the most professional efforts of the Law Office of Aggie R. Hoffman, my adopted son went from illegal status to a US citizen.  We had 2 prior lawyers who said they were experts in immigration law, but we encountered serious complication due to their gross incompetence.  Ms. Hoffman was able to get our case back on track and to get my adopted son into legal status.  Ms. Hoffman is a Certified Immigration Specialist, and very well versed in many areas of immigration law.  She provided our family with the most professional service and results. I recommend Ms. Hoffman’s office highly.

R. Cheatum (US)  10/29/04

Despite the "roller coaster" ride in my career, we prevailed through the best legal guidance, patience, and perseverance.  Thank you for all your help for what I have gone through. I will continue to refer your services to anyone in need.

V. Javellana (Philippines) 10/27/04

Ms.Aggie Hoffman has helped me obtain the L-1 visa for my new business career in the US. She has been extremely attentive and supportive from the first day of the procedure. In my opinion her knowledge, her experience and her service deserves outstanding credit.

M. Beraze (Turkey) 9/04

As you know, I deeply appreciate the industry and panache with which you obtained this [status] for me.

A. Wickham (London)  9/16/04

Aggie, you are a genius! You were deliberate, thorough and most importantly successful. You know that I had tried to get a tourist visa for my friend, through this Moscow Embassy, twice before and I failed. Yet, you were successful on your first attempt. Thanks!!

Dr. James Diffley (US)  6/23/04

We appreciate all that you’ve done for us, above and beyond the call of duty.
